To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to receive SMS/text messages from Caliber Depot, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if that number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Messages may include:

Service-related alerts: order updates, account alerts, shipping notifications.
Promotional messages: special offers, membership deals, cart reminders, and marketing offers.
