Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to receive SMS/text messages from Caliber Depot, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if that number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Messages may include:
- Service-related alerts: order updates, account alerts, shipping notifications.
- Promotional messages: special offers, membership deals, cart reminders, and marketing offers.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program to make any purchases. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Participation is completely voluntary.
