Return & Cancellation Policy — Caliber Depot

We want you to enjoy your purchase with Caliber Depot. Here’s a breakdown of our return and cancellation procedures.

Order Cancellations

We will do our best to cancel your order at no charge if you request it by 5:00 PM Mountain Time on the day you placed it.
If your order has already been processed or shipped by our distributor, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

If you receive a defective accessory, please let us know within 30 days of purchase.
We will arrange for the return and replacement or refund at no cost to you.
To start the return process, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone at 602-633-4056 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not send items back without first receiving an RA number.

Non-defective accessory returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee (minimum $15).
Items must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition in their original manufacturer packaging.
A Return Authorization is required before sending back any items. Contact us at ${EMAIL} to request one.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on ammunition under any circumstances.
Please verify caliber, quantity, and compatibility carefully before completing your purchase.

All firearm purchases require valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) paperwork to be completed at your chosen FFL dealer.
If FFL paperwork is not completed within 15 days of your order, the order will be cancelled and subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once a firearm has been transferred to you at your FFL dealer, it is considered used — even if unfired. All sales are final at that point.
Please thoroughly inspect your firearm at your FFL dealer before accepting the transfer. Do not accept a transfer if you notice any defects or damage.
Defective or blemished firearms may only be returned if they have not yet been transferred. Contact us immediately at ${EMAIL} or ${PHONE} if there is an issue prior to transfer.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Restocking fees and non-refundable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Affirm financing refunds are subject to Affirm’s own processing terms.
