PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

When you place an order on caliberdepot.com, you are agreeing to our sale terms and conditions. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

1. About Us

Caliber Depot is a registered trade name of Down Range Supply LLC, an Arizona-based licensed firearms retailer operating as a dropship dealer. All firearm transactions are conducted in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

2. Eligibility & Customer Affidavit

By placing an order on caliberdepot.com, you confirm that you meet all of the following conditions:

I am at least 18 years of age (21 years of age for handgun purchases).
I am not an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.
I have not been convicted of, and do not expect to be convicted of, a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
I am not a fugitive from justice.
I have not been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and have not been committed to any mental institution.
I am not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. 922(g) or any applicable state law.
The information I provide during checkout is accurate and truthful.

3. Shipping Restrictions

Caliber Depot ships to the contiguous 48 states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any territory, address, or jurisdiction where shipment is prohibited by federal, state, or local law.

Please ensure you are aware of your local and state laws regarding the purchase and shipment of firearms and ammunition online. It is not possible for Caliber Depot to monitor the constantly changing laws and regulations of every municipality, county, and state. Compliance with local law is solely the customer’s responsibility.

4. FFL Transfer Requirement

All firearms purchased through Caliber Depot must be shipped to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) of your choosing. You are responsible for:

Selecting a valid, active FFL dealer in your state at the time of checkout.
Contacting your FFL dealer prior to ordering to confirm they will accept the transfer and to understand any fees they may charge.
Completing all required ATF paperwork (Form 4473) and passing a background check at your FFL dealer before taking possession of the firearm.
Complying with all state and local laws applicable to the firearm you are purchasing, including any applicable waiting periods.

Caliber Depot is not responsible for delays, denials, additional fees, or refused transfers imposed by your chosen FFL dealer. If a shipment is returned due to an FFL dealer refusing the transfer, a 20% restocking fee will apply. See Section 13 for full details.

5. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards and Affirm buy-now-pay-later financing. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including applicable taxes and fees. All prices are listed in US dollars.

Affirm financing is subject to credit approval and Affirm’s own terms of service. Caliber Depot is not responsible for any terms, fees, or decisions made by Affirm.

6. Shipping Liability

Once your package is entrusted to a common carrier (such as UPS or FedEx), Caliber Depot does not have control over the package. Once such a carrier delivers your package to the address you specified, you are fully responsible for the safety and security of your package. Please ensure the carrier has access to a safe and secure delivery location.

Any issues or discrepancies with your order must be reported to us within 14 days of shipment.

7. Your Email & Communications

By submitting an order, you agree that Caliber Depot may follow up with you after your purchase to ensure your satisfaction. You also agree that Caliber Depot may send you subsequent notices of product specials, membership offers, and announcements, and that your name and email address may be added to our email list.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us.

8. Product Questions & Content Disclaimer

Any Q&A, product information, or educational content published on caliberdepot.com is provided as a free service to the shooting community. Caliber Depot expressly disclaims any and all liability with regard to the accuracy of such content or how it may be used. By reviewing this information, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Down Range Supply LLC, its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from your use of this information.

9. Disclaimer & Typographical Errors

Caliber Depot makes reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on this website but makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Caliber Depot assumes no liability for typographical or other errors or omissions in site content.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or other error, Caliber Depot reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, we will issue a full credit to your account in the amount charged.

If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to Caliber Depot for a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

10. Sales & Promotions

ALL PROMOTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND INVENTORY. CALIBER DEPOT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, ALTER, OR CANCEL PROMOTIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. WE DO NOT PRICE MATCH PAST, CURRENT, OR FUTURE ORDER PRICING. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON MANUFACTURER PRICING.

11. Linked Sites

Any third-party websites linked from caliberdepot.com are not under the control of Caliber Depot. Caliber Depot is not responsible for the contents of any linked sites and does not endorse the content of any external links appearing on this site.

12. Bot & Automated Purchasing Policy

Caliber Depot does not permit the use of bots, auto-refreshers, or similar automated programs to purchase available inventory. This policy exists to ensure fairness to all customers.

First Violation: Warning issued.
Second Violation: Account and IP address permanently blocked.

To further prevent automated purchasing, each account is limited to a maximum of 10 units per SKU per purchase window. After that limit is reached, the account will be ineligible to purchase that SKU for 20 minutes, allowing other customers a fair opportunity. After the 20-minute period, if inventory remains, you may purchase again.

13. Returned & Refused Shipments

If a firearm shipment is refused or returned by your FFL dealer for any reason, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee — no exceptions. Please verify with your FFL dealer that they will accept the transfer before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and ensuring delivery to their FFL. Any additional reshipment to a different dealer will be subject to additional fees based on the order.

14. Caliber Depot Pro Membership — Cancellation Policy

Membership renewals may be cancelled at any time before the subscription expiration date (12 months from the purchase or renewal date).

Memberships may only be refunded or credited within 30 days of the initial purchase or auto-renewal date, and only if no orders have been placed using the membership discount. If any order is placed that received a membership discount, the membership fee becomes non-refundable. You may still cancel the auto-renewal at any time.

Caliber Depot reserves the right to modify membership fees, benefits, or terminate the membership program at any time at its sole discretion without notice. Our only obligation is to provide the program benefits as they exist on the date of enrollment through the initial term purchased. Any changes that are found to be invalid or unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

15. Invoice & Receipt Records

Order invoices are available for 6 months after purchase by logging into your account and navigating to My Account > My Orders > Invoice. For invoices beyond this period, please search your email inbox for receipts sent from [email protected].

16. Prohibited Uses

By using this site, you agree not to:

Purchase firearms, ammunition, or accessories with the intent to transfer them to a prohibited person (straw purchase — a federal felony).
Circumvent background check requirements in any way.
Provide false or misleading information during checkout, account creation, or FFL transfer.
Purchase products for use in any illegal activity.
Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law.

Any order suspected of involving a straw purchase or illegal intent will be cancelled and reported to appropriate authorities.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Down Range Supply LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your account.

18. Limitation of Liability

Down Range Supply LLC and Caliber Depot shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, this website or the products purchased through it, even if Caliber Depot has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order. All products are sold for lawful purposes only.

19. Notices

Caliber Depot may deliver notices to you by email, by general notice posted on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided.

20. Termination

These Terms and Conditions apply upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Caliber Depot may terminate these terms, or any part of them, without notice at any time and for any reason. The provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive any termination.

21. Revisions

Caliber Depot may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. You are bound by any such revisions and should periodically visit this page to review the current terms to which you are bound.

22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona. You agree that any complaint or legal claim must be filed within a court located in Arizona, and you agree to reimburse Caliber Depot for the costs of defending against any complaint filed in an improper jurisdiction.

23. Intellectual Property

All content on caliberdepot.com, including logos, images, text, product descriptions, and site design, is the property of Down Range Supply LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
